March 2016: Public Inquiry into Blary Hill Wind Farm

The Reporters appointed to consider RES's Appeal against refusal of planning permission by Argyll and Bute Council commenced a Public Inquiry on 25 January 2016 in Tayinloan Village Hall and the inquiry ran for one and a half weeks (to 03 February 2016).

Argyll and Bute Council and the West Kintyre Community Council submitted their closing submissions from the Inquiry on 19 February. RES provide their closing submission on 02 March and have a further week to offer any necessary rebuttal to comparative evidence submitted from Creggan Wind Farm on 02 March.
